  • IHOP Richmond- 540 W Eaton Pike, Richmond IN (Starts Tuesday Nov. 4th until benefits are reinstated)
Pick up between 6AM-12pm on Tuesdays- must show SNAP EBT Card
Meal: up to 20 free buttermilk pancakes

10% discount for federal employees all month long - must show government PIV card

10 "Birthday Boxes" will be available from 12:00 - 5:00 pm each Saturday
Birthday Boxes include everything needed to bake a birthday cake, including candles!
