Wayne Bank Announces Multi-Million Dollar Remodel of Downtown Richmond Location

June 3rd, 2025 - Richmond, Indiana – Wayne Bank is proud to announce a multi-million dollar remodel of its flagship office located in downtown Richmond, a major investment that reinforces the Bank’s long-standing commitment to the local community. Founded in 1882 in Cambridge City, Indiana, Wayne Bank has served generations of families and businesses across the region with integrity, innovation, and a personal touch.

The remodeling project will align the Richmond office—Wayne Bank’s largest location—with the contemporary design and technology standards of its other branches. The upgraded space will feature an innovative layout, and a more personalized experience for customers.

Whitewater Construction, a locally trusted builder, has been selected as the project’s general contractor. Several local subcontractors will also be engaged, underscoring Wayne Bank’s ongoing dedication to supporting area businesses and creating positive economic impact within Wayne County.
