Each of these cohorts includes individuals who have become integral members of the Wayne County community, contributing through various channels such as their businesses, involvement on community boards, volunteer work, and other avenues. They have completed a rigorous 12-week program, during which they engaged deeply with critical topics such as implicit bias, communication strategies, and team dynamics.
