Business Education

The Business Education Committee serves as the Chamber's think tank for all issues surrounding workforce development. The Wayne County community is fortunate to have numerous educational opportunities available to students of all ages, including adults. This committee helps connect the dots between what exists and what is needed.

Awards, Celebrations & Events (ACEs)

The Chamber's Awards, Celebrations and Events (ACEs) Committee focuses on bringing Chamber members and the community together to promote local businesses. The committee is made up of a group of volunteers from area businesses of all types - they might also be referred to as the meet and greet committee!

HYPE Wayne County

HYPE Wayne County aims to provide the young professionals (ages 21-40) of Wayne County, Indiana with professional, leadership, and networking opportunities that promote their growth and development within our community. HYPE Wayne County will serve in a collaborative capacity that promotes these opportunities between local businesses and organization, our members, and the surrounding Wayne County area.

Issues & Advocacy

The Issues & Advocacy Committee engages public issues on behalf of the Chamber to educate and inform Chamber members, visibly advocate for the interests of the Chamber, and work in a collaborative way to enhance partnerships among Wayne County's business, non-profit, and educational communities, as well as the Chamber's relationship with economic policymakers and government offices and officials.

The IMPACT Committee of the Wayne County Area Chamber of Commerce is a passionate and strategic team dedicated to elevating the local business community. Through targeted initiatives and relationship-building efforts, IMPACT focuses on investing in local businesses, promoting Chamber member benefits, and fostering sustainable growth throughout Wayne County.
