Melissa Vance is a Wayne County native and graduate of Centerville High School. She holds a business degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. Her background includes significant accomplishments in business development, marketing and public relations. She has a diverse background with experience in banking and entrepreneurship, healthcare, grant writing and nonprofit leadership. In addition to her role at the Chamber, Melissa serves on boards of directors or advisory councils for IU East, Purdue Polytechnic, Ivy Tech, Eastern Indiana Small Business Development Corporation, Earlham College, Center City Development Corporation, Communities In Schools, Eastern Indiana Regional Planning Commission, Forward Wayne County and the Centerville Main Street.
Roxie Deer is a lifelong Richmond resident with a passion for community development and education. Outside of her role at the Chamber, Roxie serves many non-profits both as a board member and volunteer. Those non-profits include the Richmond Housing Authority, Whitewater Community Television, A Better Way for Genesis, DIVA, Tri Kappa Delta Zeta philanthropic sorority, and the Richmond Meltdown. Roxie is also the staff lead for HYPE Wayne County, which is the area's only young professionals organization. Roxie recently started the Deer Family Fund which raises money for women in the Wayne County Community to receive support who are battling breast cancer. Roxie is a dog mom to Hudson Reign.
Lynnette Davis joins the Wayne County Area Chamber of Commerce as the Director of Events. She has a passion for coordinating events and loves to be creative. She is looking forward to working with the Awards, Celebrations and Events (ACEs) Committee to celebrate the great things happening in Wayne County. Lynnette is a graduate of Randolph Southern High School and Ball State University. She loves to be with her favorite people: her husband, Justin, and her daughter, Addison. In her spare time, Lynnette enjoys traveling, creating, watching movies, going to concerts, and cheering on the Chicago Cubs and Indianapolis Colts.
Deborah Holdorff brings over 30 years collectively of office procedures and management experience to the Wayne County Area Chamber of Commerce. Although many of those years being with Richmond Community Schools Adult Education program, she has acquired skills from various office positions held as Day Care Director, Customer Service Representative, Title Clerk, Medical Clerk and Bookkeeper etc. She is a High School Graduate and has a two-year Certification as an Agencies Administrative Assistant. Deborah a long-time resident has made Richmond her home here in Wayne County. Raising her family in local church, schools, and neighborhoods. She prioritizes her family and her faith. Deborah is a dedicated member of her church serving as Children’s Director where she is able to help foster a strong sense of faith in the children and youth of our community.
